All our products are handmade, so every piece you buy is unique. The color may vary slightly from the photo on the website, but this is part of the beauty of each piece of jewelry.
These small differences are not manufacturing defects, but part of their unique character, since they are made entirely by hand.

At Amare Omnia, all jewelry is designed with deep intention.
Each jewel helps you reconnect with your inner self and align yourself with the frequency of the image you have chosen to be on your Path.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday only (excluding public holidays). We ship all orders within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation, provided the selected items are in stock. If the items are not in stock, we will inform you by email within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
All orders are shipped from Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details.
Can I buy Amare Omnia jewelry internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to all of Europe and the UK with free shipping. We also ship to the United States and the rest of the world with free shipping on orders over €350.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Paypal. We also offer Klarna's three-payment interest-free payment service.
How does Klarna work?
Pay in 3 instalments with Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 monthly instalments of equal value without interest. This payment method can be used for orders between €25 and €800 in value made on our website in euros.
When you reach the checkout page, choose Klarna as your payment method.
1) Click on 'Pay in 3 installments with Klarna'
2) Enter your phone number to receive the verification code
3) Enter your personal details so that Klarna can create your account
4) Choose your payment method in three installments or one.
5) Done!
Do I have to pay any additional customs or import fees to receive the jewelry in my country?
International orders may be subject to local fees. Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.*** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

What are our jewels made of?
925 sterling silver, and 925 sterling silver with 24K gold vermeil plating.
Our jewelry pieces are made of high-quality certified 925 sterling silver and are designed in Palma de Mallorca, and manufactured in Barcelona, Spain. Gold vermeil is a high-quality gold plating method, with a thick 3 micron layer of gold on sterling silver. Our gold is 24 karat, which is the best quality gold.
Where do you craft the jewelry?
The jewelry is made in Spain, and 100% designed in Mallorca.
How do I measure my ring size?
Our rings are adaptable to almost any size, however, when placing your order online, check which one is yours by following the instructions below:
- Select a ring that fits well on the finger you choose to wear your Amare Omnia ring.
- Measure the inner diameter of the ring (mm).
- If the measurement is between 16.5 and 19mm, our rings will fit perfectly. If the measurement is different, please contact us at hola@amareomnia.es to offer you other options.
Do you make solid gold jewelry?
Yes, we make them to order in all our models and sizes. To place an order in solid gold, send us an email to hola@amareomnia.es or a Whatsapp in the icon on the right of this page with what you have in mind and we will explain more.
Can you make shorter or longer necklaces?
Of course, if you want to order a chain of a special length, you can send us an email to hola@amareomnia.es
Can I swim or shower with my jewelry on?
We always recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing housework or other strenuous activities, exercising, or when using abrasive cleaners. This will ensure that plating lasts as long as possible and that your jewelry stays clean and shiny. Crystals, in particular, will become dull if exposed to chlorine or salt water.
How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
We want you to look and feel amazing in our jewelry and we help you keep it in great condition, so its energy and vibration last. Follow these tips to keep your jewelry looking great and increase its longevity.
Do you have a repair service for my jewelry?
Depending on the type of breakage or wear, we may offer a repair or replacement in the case of a defective product.
Are repairs guaranteed?
It is unusual for our products to fail to meet our high quality production and craftsmanship standards. However, we do offer the following guarantees:
1. Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects, replacing the defective jewel with a new one. 2. Warranty on setting defects, even replacing the fallen or lost gem, if not due to manipulation or misuse of the piece, during the first year from purchase. 3. Free shipping. 4. Free first maintenance for damages suffered by the jewel during normal, daily use. 5. Extension of the withdrawal period to one month compared to the legal period of 14 days. 6. Three months from receipt of the order to be able to exchange the piece for another jewel, in case you are not convinced with your purchase.
