Returns and guarantees
It is unusual for our products to fail to meet our high quality production and craftsmanship standards. However, we do offer the following guarantees:
2. Guarantee on setting defects, even replacing fallen or lost gems, if not due to manipulation or misuse of the piece, during the first year from purchase.
3. Free shipping within the warranty period.
4. First maintenance free of charge for damage suffered by the jewel during normal, everyday use.
5. Extension of the withdrawal period to three months compared to the legal period of 14 days.
6. Three months from receipt of the order to exchange the piece for another jewel, in case you are not convinced with your purchase.
If the item in question is found to be faulty, Amare Omnia will offer a repair or replacement depending on the fault. This warranty does not cover damage or loss, bending or colour changes (tarnishing) as a result of normal wear and tear, nor will it cover misuse or neglect by the user. The warranty is void if external repair attempts are made.
Repair details
Bracelet and necklace threads can be replaced without having to replace the entire item. Metalwork repairs depend on the extent or location of the damage or problem; in this case, the item in question must be returned for evaluation.
Out-of-warranty repairs
If an item breaks outside of the one-year (12-month) warranty period or the damage is not considered a fault, Amare Omnia will do its best to provide an affordable and fair solution to repair the item in question. All costs associated with this type of repair will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs outside of the warranty period.
